Helping Groups to Grow supports children, young people and adults with drug, alcohol and mental health problems.

We offer access to group programmes and one-to-one sessions as part of our Pathways to Recovery, Counselling and Pathways to Support services, across Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire, Ceredigion and Powys.
